FREE Shipping Promotion
Occasionally, Beauty Beyond the Crown will run a special promotion, such as Free Shipping, and those orders will ship standard shipping within the U.S. Continent. 
– please see exclusions below.

Free Standard Shipping will not apply to the following locations:

Hawaii

Shipment/Delivery Delays
Beauty Beyond the Crown LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.


Incorrect Shipping Information 
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and redelivery cost if a package is returned to Beauty Beyond the Crown LLC due to:

  •    An incorrect shipping address provided by a customer
  •    An incomplete shipping address provided by a customer 
  •    If the customer was not home for delivery 

Beauty Beyond the Crown LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Unfortunately, there are no refunds provided if any part of the address is incorrect.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Beauty Beyond the Crown LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Beauty Beyond the Crown LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
